Working with the archivist at the Oriental Institute at the University of Chicago, we were given a high-resolution photograph of a Mesopotamian lion mosaic and transposed it into a repeat format for a silk scarf and tie. This colorful striding lion once decorated a side of the Processional Way in ancient Babylon and makes for a unique design. We successfully color matched the tiles perfectly, giving this exclusive silk scarf and tie a quality look and luster.
