RETAIL DELIVERY POLICIES
We carry a limited range of most of our retail designs and when in stock, aim to ship via FedEx within two days of receiving your confirmed order. Otherwise, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. Our priority is to ensure that you receive your order promptly so by all means contact us if you are up against a deadline and we will do our utmost to assist.
We take the utmost care to make sure your order is immaculately packed and presented in crush-test corrugated boxes. As all Harris Made products pass through our hands, we devote ourselves to ensuring that your order arrives safely and timely.
DOMESTIC RETAIL SHIPPING
On retail purchases over $150, we offer free shipping as standard via FedEx to the lower 48 States. For all other locations including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands we ship via United States Postal Service (USPS). At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
We ship all over the world using United States Postal Service (USPS). Customs and other import duties and fees may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Contact us directly at email@example.com for shipping rates.
RETAIL RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES
If you are not satisfied with your retail purchase within 30 days of receipt, simply return it to us in like-new condition and we will happily accept your return and process a refund or exchange. The sale of all made-to-order and monogrammed orders are final and non-refundable. Products for return or exchange should be sent to the address below along with your original receipt and reason for return.

DOMESTIC RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Domestic customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned or exchanged items to Harris Made. Harris Made will cover the cost of shipping an exchanged item to the customer. We recommend utilizing a shipping service with a tracking number.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
International customers are responsible for both incoming and outgoing shipping costs, duties, customs fees, and taxes on returned or exchanged items. We recommend utilizing a shipping service with a tracking number.
